1. Access to the service
Nixie Studio may offer account-gated features, shared workspaces, project collaboration tools, previews, or limited-access releases from time to time. Access may be added, limited, paused, or removed while the service is being maintained, tested, or updated.
The service is intended for legitimate planning, editing, documentation, and collaboration use. Features, limits, and availability may change without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes attempting to disrupt the app, interfere with other users, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
You also agree not to use Nixie Studio to impersonate other people, distribute malware, abuse shared collaboration features, or violate the rights of other users or third parties.
Nixie Studio may use automated systems, including third-party moderation services, to review text, filenames, and images submitted through the service for safety and policy enforcement purposes.
3. Accounts and access responsibility
Sign-in may use third-party identity providers such as Google or Discord. You are responsible for maintaining control of the account you use to access the service.
If you invite collaborators or share project or workspace access, you are responsible for making sure that sharing is intentional and appropriate for your content.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in Nixie Studio. By using the service, you give the app permission to store, transmit, process, and display that content as needed to operate the editor, autosave drafts, and support collaboration.
You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and that you have the rights needed to upload or share it.
You also understand that some submitted content may be automatically checked by safety filters before it is accepted, updated, or displayed, and content that fails those checks may be blocked or removed.
5. Availability and warranty disclaimer
Nixie Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bugs, downtime, compatibility issues, or data loss can happen, especially while features are still being improved.
No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are violated, if the service is being protected from abuse, or if features or access policies change.
Project or workspace access may also change when an owner updates collaborator roles or removes a collaborator.
Nixie Studio may reject or restrict specific submissions, accounts, or collaboration actions when automated or manual safety review indicates that content or behavior may violate these terms or create safety, abuse, or operational risks.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nixie Studio and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service or from any loss of data, access, goodwill, or content.
If liability cannot be excluded entirely, it will be limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect feature changes, operational updates, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
Continued use of Nixie Studio after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
